Telework
PEO C3N allows for telework depending on mission requirements and employees’ work schedules. Through telework, PEO C3N sustains a more flexible and agile workforce capable of working from off-site locations during contingency situations. PEO C3N understands the correlation between employee health and a vibrant and productive workforce. Our organization supports a wellness program that encourages employees to cultivate healthy lifestyles, enhancing the quality of work, productivity and resilience.
MAXI FLEX
MAXI FLEX is a type of Flexible Work Schedule where an employee is able to vary the number of hours worked on a given workday or the number of hours worked each week based on supervisory approval and within the limits established by this guidance.
Health and Wellness Program
PEO C3N proudly participates in the Army Civilian Fitness and Health Program. This is a fitness and health promotion program that balances support for employee overall health and wellness. The program includes physical fitness activities, preventative health events, education on health promotion topics. PEO C3N offers a few hours of paid time off per week to help with work life balance and staying healthy!
